Business Checking
LANB Business Checking is designed for use by corporations and partnerships.
Business Checking benefits:
- Unlimited check writing
- No service fee if a $300 minimum balance is maintained
- Service fee is only $5/month if your account falls below the $300 minimum balance
- No "per-transaction fee" regardless of your balance
- Immediate credit on deposit of your customer's checks, even out-of-state checks
While the account is not interest-bearing, transfers to and from a savings account can be set up on a regular or as-needed basis to maximize yield (limit of six transfers per month). LANB pays one of the highest interest rates in New Mexico on a regular savings account. Companies with large cash reserves can also take advantage of LANB's high-yield Universal Savings Account with deposits of $100,000 or more.
