Digital Inventory Services

If you are like most people, you have thought about taking pictures of your personal belongings in the event of theft or destruction.  But, like most of us, we never actually make the time to do it.  In the unfortunate event of a burglary or a fire, it is extremely difficult trying to remember what you owned and documenting it for insurance purposes.  Having a video or photographic record of these belongings can be invaluable.   

With any estate administered by the LANB Trust Department, we are required to take detailed inventories of all personal property.  In many situations, this includes video and/or photographic inventories.  Beginning in January 2012, the Trust Department will be extending this service beyond trusts and estates.  Specifically, we will be offering a new video and/or photographic service to individuals who wish to memorialize their personal belongings.  The basic service will include an employee of the Trust Department scheduling an in-home visit with the customer.  We will then photograph or video tape any and all contents of the customers’ home.  We will provide the customer with an electronic copy of the photos or video, we will also maintain an electronic copy for the customer.
