How to set up or disable your financial institution's online services to work with Money; |

Try disabling and re-enabling online services.
Before attempting any
troubleshooting steps,
create a backup of your
Money data file. If that fails, they should contact Microsoft Support as
you may have some file corruption or other uncommon issue.

To disable online services in Money, follow these steps:
- On the Microsoft Money Home page, in the navigation pane, click Account List.
Note In Money 2004, Account List appears at the top of the page.
- In the navigation pane, click Manage Online Services.
Note In Money 2004, click Online Services Manager.
- Click Los Alamos
National Bank.
- Under the Use online services section, click Stop using online services.
- Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to disable the online services.

To re-enable online services in Money, follow these steps:
- On the Microsoft Money Home page, in the navigation pane, click Account List.
Note In Money 2004, Account List appears at the top of the page.
- In the navigation pane, click Manage Online Services.
Note In Money 2004, click Online Services Manager.
- Under the Use online services section, click
Set up online
servies
- Choose Los
Alamos National Bank
from the Select a
bank page
- Click Yes until
you are asked to
enter your User ID:
- Enter your
Sign-in information.
- Do not create a
new account.
Match the accounts
current available in
Money.
- Choose the
number of days of
transaction.
