Information for Money and Quicken customers
In an effort to continue to provide the highest levels of security for
Money and Quicken, Los Alamos National Bank will periodically request that you
change your password. Please read the suggestions for changing your password
and do so at this time in Access Banking. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause and hope you understand the importance we are placing on
providing a secure online experience with LANB. Should you have questions
please contact us at 1-800-525-9634.
A complex password is better security you can provide yourself. A complex
password should contain both letters and numbers (special characters are not
allowed at this time) and not contain words that can be found in a dictionary,
for example the simple password LANB can be changed to a more complex password
such as 2LANB1 by simply adding 2 and 1 to the original password.
If you use Money 2003 and above to log in, your password may contain from 5
to 32 numbers and letters. If you use Money 2002 and below, Quicken or
Quickbooks to log in, your password may contain from 5 to 8 numbers and letters.
