LANB values you as a customer and will to continue to provide the most secure and highest quality service possible. This is why LANB invested in FRIS. FRIS (Fraud Risk Identification System ) is a product offered by our ATM network provider, STAR.  It monitors your Debit card transactions and detects potentially fraudulent patterns that are inconsistent with your typical spending habits. Should this occur, you will receive a call from a STAR representative to verify the transaction(s) in question. With FRIS in place LANB is confidant that your card will be monitored closely.

You can protect yourself even further by closely monitoring your account and double checking monthly statements to ensure they match your records. If you should see any discrepancies, please contact LANB immediately.

It is increasingly important that before logging into a financial information site, you should know and trust the computer and network in use.

You also should routinely scan your computers for malware (malicious software) and viruses to provide as secure an environment as possible from your system to LANB.

Also remember that LANB will never ask for your User ID or Passwords, which should not be shared with anyone, and we will never handle security actions concerning your internet banking via e-mail. .
