As a general rule CD's with a term of less than 1 year have a penalty of 30 days interest
on the funds withdrawn prior to maturity. CD's with a term of more than 1 year have a penalty
of 90 days interest on the funds withdrawn prior to maturity . The penalty amount will be
deducted from your accrued interest and then from principal if necessary.
