Brand Assessment




We are excited to announce that LANB has launched a Brand Assessment project to evaluate and understand the equity in the LANB brand, name, logo and the customer experience. 

The purpose of this assessment is to help identify what we can do to improve the bank and strengthen customer relationships with a goal of attracting and serving more customers in New Mexico. Through this Brand Assessment, we will better learn where we can stand out in a crowded marketplace, while being true to the legacy and values we have been building together over our fifty plus years.

LANB is working with an experienced strategic partner to guide us through this process. 

Our partner is putting together Focus Groups in each market that will help us understand how to improve our brand.  We value our customers and their feedback.  Please consider participating in a Focus Group, or completing a research survey if you are contacted by Burshek Research and Consulting.  

Please respond as thoughtfully and candidly as possible, as your input will be used to help us make key decisions. Your individual responses to the survey are COMPLETELY confidential. Responses will only be reported on in the aggregate and Burshek Research eliminates any personal identifiers before sharing results with LANB.

 

Focus Group Markets:

Focus Groups will be conducted by Burshek Research & Consulting and will take place as follows:

Albuquerque: Tuesday, January 31, 2017              
Santa Fe:  Wednesday, February 1, 2017           
Los Alamos:  Thursday, February 2, 2017
